Twas June 19
2007 the year
we were all sitting ‘round
just chugging the beer
a riotous scene
the benchmark of blasts.
Too bad you weren’t there
or you’d know what I mean.
Ted Nader came back
in time for the fun.
If he doesn’t come back
we’ll know why he run !
TheBoard of Directors had their meet
I’m sure the RYLA week-end was sweet
Tuesday is a speaker splurge with
Roy Lucas, owner of the SURGE
Lets hope the team wins so we don’t have a dirge.
(okay, I got merge...can you rhyme anyother?)
Last lunch with President Leahy as sucha
when he passes the title and gong on
to Ron Goodenow with a “gottcha”.
Remember this Friday...be there ‘round six
to wine, dine and cheer with the mix.
Juniper Hill Golf Course...you know where it is
Think good thoughts for Bill Hall, Renee’s husband, who had a heart attack.
Also think positively for Prudence Bean’s husband, Nick, scheduled for
open heart surgery.
And see you on Tuesday , practice your clappin’...who knows what will happen.
