It seems so fitting...that as we are going to be welcoming seven scholarship recipients on Tuesday...that our speaker on June 5th, Brent Ferguson, music department at Melican Middle School, shared that he received a Rotary scholarship that enabled him to go to college. Brent was a guest on hand to acknowledge and thank us for the donation our club made to the music department. It is wonderful what those pancakes can do.
The young people receiving their scholarship gifts will be:
Emily Kozlowski, Erin Kearney, LeAnn Taggart, Stephen Quinn,
Lisa Pugsley, Daniel Auger and Chris Doucette.
Sue Darling, prospective member, was on hand for lunch on the 5th, as well.

his family, including his 93 (?) year old Mother from Florida.
